Because we value you as a customer and respect your Internet time allowances, we will not rent, sell, or make available in any other way e-mail addresses outside of HDTV Cabinets.com, and its parent company, Doopoco Enterprises unless you specifically give us permission to do so. Terms and Conditions

These "Terms and Conditions" are subject to change at any time without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the consumer to check for changes each time they visit this site.

Ordering

The furniture sold through HDTVcabinets.com is made to order. When you place your order we will bill your credit card for ½ of the total amount at that time. We will not bill the final balance until your order is ready to ship. We will contact you once your order is complete, crated and ready to ship with the extended amount that includes shipping.

HDTV Cabinets/Doopoco Enterprises takes every precaution to protect our customers and ourselves against credit card fraud. We may at our discretion, require proof of identity that may include requiring our customers to fax us a copy of both sides of the credit card being used along with a copy of a photo ID with your signature.

Payment

Accepted payments are by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Wire. Payment by Company Check available upon prior approval only. If you dispute a charge on your credit card prior to notifying HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises, you will be responsible for any costs incurred if the dispute is resolved in HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises's favor. Please contact HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises at 877-374-4388 with any questions concerning credit card transactions. By placing an order with HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises you are providing us the permission to contact you in the future. After a period of 3 (three) days from the receipt of your order, any deposits that are received are non-refundable.


IMPORTANT: When payment is made by credit card, your billing address must match the address your credit card company/bank has on file for your card. If the billing address does not match the address you supply when you make your purchase, your order will not ship until the billing address has been verified.

Shipping

Please allow 6-10 weeks for special order and/or furniture delivery. Please call or email for any time sensitive shipping concerns.

To protect your order from being hijacked, we require that the person whose name appears on the credit card that was used to pay for your order be present to sign for the delivery. Please be prepared to present identification to the carrier. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO YOU WITHOUT COMPLYING WITH THIS CONDITION.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, follow the instructions below:

1. If you can visually see the product has been damaged, accept the shipment and inspect it thoroughly. Contact your Shipper immediately with the tracking number(s). Your Shipper will handle your claim from this point on. (Important note: Do not refuse the shipment or ship the product back to us at this time! Doing so will void any damage claim or claim for refund with your Shipper and with HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises). HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises will repair, replace, or issue a credit for the damaged merchandise at our discretion. This will be done after the claim has been confirmed with the Shipper.

2. All truck shipments are FOB HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises’s warehouse. HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises’s obligation ends when the carrier picks up the product at our warehouse. The customer must make all damage claims to the trucking company. If you can visually see that the product has been damaged in transit, make a notation on the Bill of Lading before signing it. It is also helpful if you can take a photograph of the damage. It is important to make your claim to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Call the HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises Shipping Department if you need further assistance in filing your claim.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective merchandise, email HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises’s Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
  1. Full Name
  2. Telephone Number
  3. Email Address
  4. HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises Lot # and Serial # (if applicable)
  5. Invoice Number and Date of Purchase
  6. A complete description of the problem
RA numbers are valid for 7 days only. Items should be returned to HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises (with a copy of the original invoice) with freight prepaid by the customer. Any item returned beyond the 7 day RA period and/or without a valid RA number will be refused by HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises. Merchandise must in the original box or crate and must include all manuals, packing, and other materials ( If the product is returned missing any of the original packaging or accessories we will only repair or replace the defective parts and return the item exactly as it was shipped to us). The RA number should be prominently displayed on the shipping label of each box containing returned product. Do not write on the box. Please thoroughly test any item that you suspect to be defective. A bench fee of $65.00 will be charged for any item returned as defective, and is subsequently found to be non-defective by HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises technicians. Freight charges for the non-defective merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.

Note: We reserve the right to replace or repair at our discretion.

Advance Replacement

HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises’s policy does not allow for advance replacements. HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises must receive defective damaged merchandise before replacement products can be released.

Website or Catalog Errors

The contents of this site have been carefully checked before distribution and are believed to be reliable. However, no responsibility can be assumed for inaccuracies that may exist. All information and prices on this site are subject to change without prior notice.

Warranty Policy

The accessory products sold by HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises carry an individual manufacturer's warranty. HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises does not extend any manufacturer's warranty. All other warranty claims must be sent to the manufacturer, or their service representative. HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises is not liable for product performance. Products are sold as-is with no other warranty, other than the original manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Furniture products sold by HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises are warranted for the period of one year against defect.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRES YOUR SPECIAL ATTENTION

Because of its nature, wood will expand and contract. Changes in temperature, humidity and other conditions produce wood movements. Wood is like a sponge, even when finished it will pick up moisture and easily expand in mountain and coastal regions causing wood to warp, twist or crack. It will dry out and easily shrink in desert regions causing wood to warp, twist or crack.

Even finished wood needs protection from moisture and from extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity.

We have designed our furniture to allow for the natural movement of the wood due to normal climate fluctuations without damage to the furniture. It is important to minimize any extreme fluctuations in the environment that you place your furniture.

Limited Warranty:

HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises manufactures and ships wood products nationwide. ONCE OUR PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO MONITOR THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THEY ARE KEPT. We provide special handling instructions with every order, to minimize any warping, twisting or cracking due to conditions beyond our control. Claims on any order or material discrepancies must be made within three (3) days after receipt of order.


A warp or twist of 3/16" of an inch or less in a cabinet door or drawer front is not considered a defect. A twist is measured by placing the face of the door against a true plane surface.

Warranty Limitations:

HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises SELLS ALL GOODS “AS IS.”  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,

FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE INSTALLATION, USE OR LOSS OF THE PRODUCTS.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS EXCLUSION FROM LIABILITY EMBRACES THE CUSTOMER’S DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE INJURY TO, OR DEATH OF, ANY PERSON.

HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (i.e. obstruction or blockage of usual routes of transportation, unavoidable accidents, riots, natural disasters, vehicle shortages, prevention of labor, power shortages or lack of materials.) There are no other warranties of any kind expressed or implied.

Deductions for Returned Products

The consumer will be responsible for any item which is returned in incomplete condition, i.e. missing the original box, cables, manuals, etc. In the event that HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises receives your item(s) missing any original equipment and the items are returned within 7 days, you will be credited the amount due upon return of the missing items. (An In-Store credit only will be issued for product that is missing any original packaging or accessories) Special Order items may not be returned except in the case of defects and will receive exact replacement only.

A restocking fee of 10% of the sale price, any shipping costs incurred to ship product, and a 15% credit card reversal fee will apply on all returned products. All refunds will be in the form of an "In-store Credit" only. No credit will be issued for Special Order items.

Cancellation Fees/Credit Card Reversal Fees

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EITHER EMAIL OR FAX. VERBAL CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ALL ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED INTO PRODUCTION AND/OR SHIPPED CANNOT BE CANCELLED!

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% CANCELLATION FEE AND ANY OTHER COSTS, INCLUDING CREDIT CARD REVERSAL FEES, INCURRED BY HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% CREDIT CARD REVERSAL FEE. A $25.00 FEE WILL APPLY TO ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THAT IS CHARGED BACK TO HDTV Cabinets.com/Doopoco Enterprises.
